Do you sell to the general public?
No, we do not. Atlantic Pacific (AP) is a wholesale supplier to businesses in the hardware industry.
Where can I get your products?
If you are looking to buy AP items retail, click on "Find a Store" to locate local businesses that carry our products. If you shop at any Ace Hardware, True Value Hardware or Do-It-Best Hardware, they can easily place an order with us. If you shop at a retailer who does not have an account with us, feel free to suggest that they contact us so that we can look into a partnership.
I went to a local retailer and they did not have the AP items I want. Where can I buy them?
Please ask your local retailer to place a special order for you on any AP products that are on our website. If the store cannot accommodate you, click on "Find a Store" to see if there are other local retailers who can fill your order.
How can I open an account?
AP only sells into the wholesale hardware trade. If you believe you qualify for an account with us, please click here for the form. You can either save the PDF and email us the completed form or print it out and fax us the completed form. We will review your application and notify you as soon as possible regarding your status.
Are you affiliated with my co-op?
We are registered drop ship vendors for Ace Hardware, True Value Hardware and Do-It-Best Hardware.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No. AP has no minimum order quantities either on a per-product or per-order basis.
How do I check stock on an AP item?
Call, fax or e-mail us with a product ID and we will let you know immediately if there are any issues with availability.
What is the best way to clean your products?
Decorative hardware should be cleaned with warm water, mild soap and dried with a soft cloth. The lacquer we coat our products with is susceptible to damage from harsh chemicals or abrasives, so please refraining from using them.
Does your product come with a warranty?
AP guarantees our full line of hardware is free of defects. Should a product be defective, we will replace it with a new product of the same or comparable style and quality.
What is your turnaround time?
If you submit your order to us by 2 PM PT, we will guarantee it ships that day. All standard orders shipped via FedEx Ground. However, you can contact us for any special shipping considerations (e.g., Freight, Overnight). Check the map below to see our shipping time to your store.
How much do you charge for shipping?
All orders over $500 shiped directly to customers in California ship via FedEx prepaid freight, while orders under $500 ship via FedEx Ground at their standard rates. Orders under 13 oz. may ship via USPS at the customer's request. We are unable to give exact shipping costs until product has been ordered, picked and prepared for shipment.
